WE SHARE OUR KNOWLEDGE SO YOU SAVE YOUR TIM E!

Welcome to Shamima's Workshop|ECE

 Great you are here!

 Shamima's Workshop|Early Childhood Education!
is for anyone with an interest in young children, play, teachers, early years practitioners, home educators, childminders, or parents. Its aim is to illustrate the principles of early education, play and child development through everyday occurrences with own children and the children you teach.

As an early years practitioner, you spend hours of precious time each week creating amazing ideas with engaging themes and activities for young children. You are a dedicated teacher who is committed to making learning FUN for your students, which supports their individual levels of growth and development. I am committed to helping teachers just like you teach better, save time, and live more by providing you with everything you need to create a fun and engaging learning environment, activities, resources, and information for young children's (from birth to five years old) play, learning, and development based on EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).

The thing is, you’re actually the best person to teach your child during these precious, early years.

You know your child better than anyone else in the world.

I’ll give you the background knowledge you need, paired with super engaging and effective activities to teach your child exactly what they need to know and provide you the inspiration, resources, knowledge, and reflective thinking about play, children, parenting, and teaching.

MEET....  Shamima Fowzee

Shamima Fowzee, from Bangladesh, born and bought up in UAE. She has worked directly with teachers and the leadership team in Pakistan and UAE in developing creative and reflective approaches to learning and teaching that involve systemic change and school/setting improvement. Being a creative and inspiring individual with a strong methodological approach and passion for education in the Early Year's sector, She worked for more than 20 years. As an early years trainer, leader and practitioner she put forward ideas, implementing many new and exciting approaches to early years settings. Her skills are to facilitate and deliver professional learning, training events, workshops, and keynotes that are rich in examples and case studies of children, where educators are encouraged and supported to reflect critically, and engage practically about their own experiences working alongside children and families.
As a former early years practitioner, I still enjoy the process of teaching and watching children learn new things. I love creating learning activities that excite and inspire a love of learning in them.

I am interested in sharing innovative early years practice and is happy to contribute to other publications on request. If you have anything you would like to share or are interested in any aspect of my work and would like to contact me by email at email@shamimasworkshop.com
