Every child has a unique way of learning, communicating and exploring the world around them. Observation is one of the most valuable tools early years practitioners can use to understand children's development, interests, strengths and individual needs.

Join our interactive CPD workshop, "Understanding Children Through Observation," designed to help early years practitioners develop their observation skills and use their findings to support children's learning and development.

Through practical examples, discussions and reflective activities, participants will explore how meaningful observations can inform planning, identify developmental needs and create learning experiences that respond to each child's interests and abilities.
